“Business Restructuring Subsidy” comes soon

Another government subsidy “Business Restructuring Subsidy” comes soon.

This is for SME to restructure their business portfolio to tackle new business domain or new business practices facing COVID-19 era. They use a term “Omoikitta” business restructure or “dynamic”, “drastic”, “dramatic” for the change made by this subsidy. For SME, the size of subsidy is up to JPY60m, up to 2/3 of the whole project cost.

Some usages of the subsidy is like this:

• Apply the LSI production technology to marine power generation
• Building an automobile camping field at vacant land held by the company
• Start on-line Yoga class as well as at the classroom
